If for any reason you’re dissatisfied at any time during the first 90 days after purchase, simply contact us to return the product and ask for a full refund. You’ll get your money back. That’s our promise and commitment.
In order to obtain a full refund under this policy, please contact our support team at email@example.com with the full name and email address that you used to purchase, so we can locate your account. Include the words “Refund requested” in the subject line and tell us what product you would like to be refunded and we will get back to you with a prompt reply and any additional instructions.
Finally, and this is completely optional and only if you choose to, but we sure would appreciate it if you would include some explanation for why you’re returning the product – this helps us to improve the product so others can get the most benefit from their purchase. We want satisfied customers so we greatly appreciate and welcome any feedback that you are kind enough to provide.
Physical products may need to be returned to our warehouse, and the product should be in merchantable condition (i.e. we could sell the product as new because it’s in good condition and undamaged).
